Possibilities of using instrumental diagnostic methods for dynamic monitoring of patients with COVID-19-associated lung disease

Objective. Тo evaluate the possibility of using instrumental methods (spirometry and ultrasound diagnostics) for dynamic monitoring patients with COVID-19-associated lung disease. Materials . To achieve this goal, we performed a comprehensive diagnosis respiratory system lesions in 58 (age - 56.0 years [31; 65]) confirmed COVID-19, followed by examination indexes external function pattern dynamics. Results In process observation, there was parallelism changes revealed COVID-19. Conclusion. Combination such condition as spirometry diagnostics allows effective COVID-19 without use imaging associated radiation exposure.
